También hay espacios para la agricultura urbana. Aquí se cultivará comida para llevar a la mesa. Las granjas solares proporcionarán más energía al distrito. Los atrios situados a lo largo del diseño están climatizados gracias a un diseño que permite la refrigeración por evaporación que utiliza aire fresco. Cada parte del diseño está optimizada para que coexistan los seres humanos y la naturaleza.

La iluminación interior y las temperaturas del edificio pueden ajustarse en función de muchas variables diferentes, incluido el número de personas en la sala. Todos los edificios tienen sensores para detectar el ruido, el movimiento, la temperatura, la humedad, el fuego y el humo, así como otros datos.
